Memory Care Program Supervisor - Senior Living

What You'll Do: - Supervise and support the reminiscence team in daily care and operations - Assist with staffing, scheduling and timekeeping oversight - Provide direct resident care and support Life Skills programming - Monitor resident condition changes and escalate concerns appropriately - Support family meetings, education sessions and monthly support groups - Assist with ISPs, daily assignments and point-of-care documentation - Promote Resident-Centered Care and dementia-specific best practices - Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and quality standards - Partner with leadership on training, coaching and performance support What We're Looking For: - Experience in assisted living, long-term care or dementia care - Supervisory experience preferred - Strong leadership, communication and organizational skills - Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office & Sunrise systems) - Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed Reminiscence Supervisor - Lead Compassionate Memory Care and Support Resident-Centered Living Memory Care Supervisor | Dementia Care | Alzheimer's Care | Senior Living | Resident Engagement | Care Team Leadership Pay Range: 23.30 - 29.20 Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
