Director of Operations - North Carolina

- Lead multi-community operations, ensuring quality care, service and compliance - Recruit, develop and manage Executive Directors and leadership teams - Drive occupancy growth, revenue strategy and market positioning - Oversee P&L performance, budgeting, labor and financial outcomes - Use data, reporting and KPIs to improve operational performance - Partner with Sales, Care, HR and Finance to execute strategic initiatives - Ensure regulatory compliance, quality assurance and risk management - Drive customer experience, engagement and service excellence - Lead change initiatives, succession planning and leadership development

- 5+ years operational leadership experience (multi-site preferred) - Strong P&L, financial management and business strategy expertise - Experience in senior living, healthcare or hospitality preferred - Proven ability to lead teams, drive results and manage performance - Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills - Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership ability - Ability to travel and manage multiple priorities
