Qualcomm Auto Business Unit is seeking someone passionate about building industry leading IVI/ADAS solutions for the Automotive Market.

As the Program Management Leader, the position will own the IVI/ADAS platform roadmap, requirements/Plan of Record (POR), SW execution and project schedule. He or she, while managing the SW execution, POR and schedule, will also collaborate with cross functional teams - business/product development, development and customers engineering, finance and sales throughout the product life cycle.

- Leading SW project planning and development of IVI/ADAS platforms.

- Create and execute detailed SW project plans from requirements gathering

- In collaboration with the business development team, identify target customers

and market verticals, the key problems the products are designed to solve and

- Experienced technical leader with a passion for bringing disruptive technologies to market with strong design wins.

- Demonstrated success in development, application engineering, product

management, and marketing roles in organizations ranging from a pre-revenue

start-up to one of the world's largest technology companies.

- Proven track record building and leading global teams, engaging with

customers at all levels to secure design wins, and managing complex design-in

- Expert at how to measure and manage product commercialization at all phases of development.

- Lead prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, performance,

- Plan competitive analysis activities and provide an up to date and quantitative

view of Robotics products competitiveness in the marketplace

- Remain up to date on technology advancements in the Retail payment services

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.

- 10+ years of Program Management or related work experience.

- Master's degree in electrical engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

- Twenty (20) years of total experience including 15 or more years of combined

engineering development and project management experience in SW

- Experience in Security solutions: device security, SOC platform security, transport security, application security, cryptography etc.,

- Experience in local and peer-to-peer connectivity technologies (BLE, WiFi etc.,)

- Experience in Android OS applications services and security framework

- Experience writing clear and concise product requirements documents

- Experience in development and product planning cloud platform and services

In addition to experience, the successful candidate will have demonstrated

Drives timely, complex, and strategic decisions that have a global reach and/or significant business or financial impact while adhering to Qualcomm standards of ethical behavior.

Coaching & Development: Provides leadership across organizations (e.g., creates a strategy for organization development, develops a strong talent pipeline/workforce and drives talent development to execute present and future business priorities, sets clear expectations for departments, drives coaching and mentoring relationships, creates a culture of inclusion and learning) and motivates peers, senior leaders, and employees to align individual, team, department, and organization development with the broader vision and goals of the company.

breakthrough ideas, products, and/or processes. Creates new business opportunities by challenging the organization to push boundaries while taking the appropriate risk and anticipating future needs.

Clear Communication: Translates the strategic vision into succinct and impactful messages that inspires and connects efforts to the broader vision and goals of the company. Acts as a champion for proactive, open, respectful, and inclusive discussions.
