Education: Bachelor's degree
* Lead business development activities across assigned USAF/USSF accounts and defense ecosystem partners, with emphasis on opportunity identification, capture strategy, and customer engagement.
* Develop and execute business acquisition strategies aligned with DoD requirements, programs of record, and emerging operational needs.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with U.S. Government customers, program offices, and Defense Industrial Base partners.
* Translate military and government operational requirements into viable technical and commercial solutions leveraging Qualcomm technologies.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, product management, customer engineering, contracts, and finance to shape proposals, statements of work, and capture plans.
* Support customer demonstrations, technical evaluations, pilots, and proof-of-concept activities related to cellular communications and defense tactical radio applications.
* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and government priorities to inform strategic planning and pipeline development.
* Represent QGov at relevant government, defense, and industry forums as required.
* Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (engineering, computer science, physics, or related field) or equivalent technical work experience.
* Demonstrated experience in Air Force acquisition, including familiarity with DoD procurement processes, contracting mechanisms, and customer engagement models.
* Proven experience working with or supporting cellular communications technologies and defense tactical radio systems.
* Ability to engage credibly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including government customers and internal engineering teams.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience supporting proposals, briefings, and customer presentations.
* Prior military service (active duty or reserve) strongly desired, with understanding of operational and mission-level requirements.
* Experience working within or alongside the Defense Industrial Base (DIB), including system integrators, OEMs, or government laboratories.
* Familiarity with DoD communications, networking, or C5ISR-related programs and mission areas.
* Mission-oriented and motivated by supporting national defense and warfighter outcomes.
* Technically curious with the ability to quickly understand complex systems and architectures.
* Self-starter who can operate independently while collaborating effectively in a matrixed organization.
* Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing without authority.
