Qualcomm is seeking a Staff, Product Management professional to work closely with the Head of Personal Audio Marketing to drive multiple aspects of the business, including:
* Work with engineering and technical teams to influence chipset/IP roadmap to match evolving customer requirements and market trends.
* Collaborate with ODMs/IDHs/CMs to create turnkey solutions for innovative form factors and new use cases.
* Serve as the primary point of contact for global distribution partners, partnering with regional sales teams to ensure accounts deliver sustained revenue and margin growth.
* Partner with Product Management to define and execute Qualcomm's market positioning and customer/channel-specific positioning strategies.
* Maintain a clear view of product and portfolio strengths, gaps, and competitive differentiation.
* Ensure positioning and value propositions are translated into high-quality sales and marketing enablement materials for regional teams and partners.
* Collaborate with the Head of Personal Audio Marketing to define and execute a business strategy that:
* Is supported by clear financial modeling and business cases
* Aligns to the product roadmap (in partnership with Product Management)
* Fits within the Voice and Music strategic plan and Qualcomm's broader strategy
* Drive successful new product introductions (NPIs) in collaboration with Marketing, Product Management, Sales, and Engineering.
* Work with sales regions to ensure the pipeline, customer coverage, and channel execution support expected growth and strategic objectives.
* Establish channel operating rhythms and partner governance (e.g., QBRs), ensuring consistent execution, accountability, and scalable best practices across regions.
* Technical expertise about connectivity solutions like BT, Wi-Fi and audio features like Codecs, Active Noise Cancellation, Noise Suppression etc.
* Experience in the semiconductor industry and/or personal audio market (ideally both).
* Experience working with global audio distributors and/or channel partners, with a strong track record of driving partner engagement and measurable business outcomes.
* A proven record of defining product and business strategy and driving cross-functional execution to deliver sustained revenue and margin growth.
* Experience operating effectively in large, matrixed organizations and achieving results through influence.
* Experience developing scalable channel programs (partner tiering, enablement, demand generation with partners, joint planning/QBR cadence).
* Degree in electronics, computer science, or a similar technical discipline; Master's degree or higher preferred.
