Senior Director SoC Architecture - AI Accelerators (Multiple Locations)

* Own and drive rack-scale architecture across compute, networking, power, cooling, and system integration

* Establish OCP-aligned rack-level designs and platform standards

* Lead platform execution from concept through validation, production readiness, and customer deployment

* Drive hardware-software co-design including firmware, telemetry, observability, and rack management

* Partner with hyperscalers, OEMs, ODMs, and ecosystem providers to scale adoption

* Establish program KPIs, technical reviews, and operating cadence to ensure predictable execution

* Ensure systems meet reliability, scalability, manufacturability, and total cost of ownership targets

* Drive adoption of next-generation technologies including CXL, composable infrastructure, and advanced interconnects

* Master's Degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science or related field.

* 15+ years of Systems Engineering or related work experience.

* 15+ years of 4G/5G/6G systems and associated cellular standards (e.g., 3GPP NR, LTE, LTE, 3G).

* 4+ years of experience working in a large matrixed organization.

* 3+ years of work experience in a role requiring interaction with executive leadership (e.g., Vice President level and above).

* 2+ years of working with operating budgets and/or project financials.
