In this high-impact role, you'll serve as the primary advisor to healthcare practices and organizations with revenues generally between $5MM and $50MM, owning the full client relationship from origination through long-term expansion. - Drive new client acquisition and revenue growth through proactive business development, COIs, and industry networking within the healthcare ecosystem

- Lead complex financial conversations and structure credit solutions including cashflow lending, acquisition financing, recapitalizations, buyouts, commercial real estate, ground up construction, and enterprise value-based lending structures.

- Anticipate client needs by staying ahead of healthcare industry trends, regulatory shifts, and market conditions

You're a seasoned relationship manager with a hunter-mentor mindset -equally comfortable opening new doors, navigating complex credit, and acting as a strategic advisor to healthcare owners and executives. You thrive in roles where influence matters, autonomy is earned, and success is measured by lasting client relationships and growth.

- Demonstrated ability to partner across Treasury Management, Payments, and Wealth Management, Capital Markets, and other special banking teams.
