You Have: 6+ years of experience leading software development or product teams Knowledge of agile development and project management principles Ability to map technical requirements to business needs, integrate requirements into agile sprints, and communicate across stakeholders Ability to brief stakeholders both at tactical and strategic levels TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph Bachelor's degree Nice If You Have: Experience leading technical projects and programs, including staffing and resource alignment Knowledge of industry best practices regarding software development and product deployment cycles Ability to engage and communicate with senior stakeholders to ensure alignment with strategic directives Master's degree Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required.

The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
