A Wholesale Controls Channel Account Manager focuses on Wholesale Distributor accounts, building relationships with new and existing customers, expanding sales, and ensuring customer satisfaction within the HVAC and Commercial Refrigeration Controls industry.

- Develop and implement control strategy plans for HVAC/R Wholesale accounts.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Wholesale customers.

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the HVAC/R Wholesale channel.

- Work with many different roles within the customers organization, including executive leadership, engineering, product management, procurement, and sourcing.

- Possess a strong technical understanding of HVAC and Refrigeration systems

- Provide technical support and guidance to Wholesale customers.

- 5+ years of direct outside sales experience, with a preference for experience in the HVAC/R industry

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.

- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.

Salary Range: HIRING SALARY RANGE: $97,000 - 152,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.) This role also offers a competitive Sales Incentive Plan that will take into account volume and margin on a project, quarterly, and annual basis.
