What We're Looking For: - Experience managing construction projects, renovations, remodels, or capital projects. - Proven success overseeing contractors, construction scopes, demolition/tear-down activities, and project execution. - Strong ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Education & Special Trainings: - B.B.A or B.S in business or related curriculum Qualifications & Experience: - Preferred construction project management experience - Excellent interpersonal communication skills. - Excellent analytical skills. - Excellent organizational skills. - 6+ of related experience required Physical & Mental

Requirements: - Must be able to resolve complex issues of a broad scope using independent judgment. - Must be able to routinely make decisions which affect immediate operations and may have a division-wide effect. - Must be able to communicate with others in large groups and virtually. - Must be able to drive an automobile. - Medium work: Exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects.
