Product Manager - Mainstreet Customer Management

About the Team Mainstreet Customer Management is seeking a Manager level, Product Manager to lead our contextual and event-based offer decisioning space. This role is an individual contributor (IC) role with no direct tech team. We are seeking a thought-leader who is excited to develop a high-level strategy to determine how offers should be leveraged and extended to existing customers within Mainstreet.

We are seeking a Product Manager who has a strong aptitude to use data to tell data-driven stories, quickly learns and pivots based on what the space needs, and can work cross-functionally with various stakeholders to get work done.

In this role, you'll be expected to demonstrate proficiency in five key areas which we consider to be the foundation for successful Product Management:

- Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

- A Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing

- Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 3 years of Product Management experience

- Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products
