Education: Bachelor's degree
Experience: 4+ years
- A mobile-native consumer PM: You've shipped transactional or ecommerce experiences on mobile. You have design taste and understand information hierarchy. You don't wait for finished mockups to have opinions on layout and flow.
- An execution driver: You ship a lot and you ship fast. Your PRDs are precise enough that engineering doesn't need to come back with a dozen clarifying questions before they start building.
- Analytically self-sufficient: You pull your own data. You write SQL queries, design your own experiments, and diagnose funnel problems without handing them to a data team.
- An AI-native builder: You use AI tools in your actual workflow and build prototypes using Claude Code and Figma MCP. You can point to things you've shipped because of AI, not just things AI helped you draft.
Packages is a self-contained team inside Capital One Travel. You'll have real autonomy over a customer facing funnel and a small enough team and set of stakeholders that you can actually move fast. If you want your product decisions to show up directly in booking numbers, this is where to do it.
